Wheels On Wheels will honor a 100% refund to those who notify us with a minimum of 30 day advance notice.  Anything after the 30 day's, we will still honor a 50% refund.

This policy has been put in place for those people who wait until that last week to decide not to go to the event.  Wheels On Wheels has a maximum of 50 spaces to take bicycles to each event and we typically sell out.  In order to be fair to those on the waiting list, we ask that you respect this Refund Policy.
